Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:
- In a bowl, add Greek yogurt as the base.
- Top with berries, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
- Sprinkle cinnamon for extra flavor and blood sugar control.
