Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Chia Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts

Instructions:

  1. In a serving glass or bowl, layer ⅓ of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries, followed by a sprinkle of chia seeds and crushed walnuts.
  3. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to let the chia seeds soften.
