Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
Instructions:
- In a serving glass or bowl, layer ⅓ of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries, followed by a sprinkle of chia seeds and crushed walnuts.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to let the chia seeds soften.
