Why It’s Healthy:
Lamb is rich in high-quality protein and healthy fats, especially omega-3s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which support fat loss and metabolic health. Lamb also provides a range of essential vitamins and minerals, including B12, zinc, and iron. The addition of eggs brings in extra protein and healthy fats, making this meal perfect for muscle repair and sustained energy.
