Beef Tenderloin with Bone Marrow Butter

Ingredients:

1 beef tenderloin steak (8-10 oz)

2 tbsp butter

2-3 pieces of beef marrow bones

6 strips of bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Grill or sear the beef tenderloin for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and scoop out the marrow from the bones, mixing it into the butter.

Fry the bacon until crispy and set aside.

Serve the tenderloin topped with the bone marrow butter, alongside bacon-wrapped shrimp if desired.

Why It’s Healthy:

Beef tenderloin is a lean but protein-rich cut of meat, while the bone marrow butter adds essential fatty acids and vitamins like A and K2. Bacon adds additional fats for satiety, making this a great meal for muscle recovery and energy.
